I love what the parasite cleanse is doing for me. I am having shipping issues right now for some salve that I ordered. It was showing that it was being sent by FedEx, but FedEx was saying that there was no record of my tracking number. Stephanie with the ordering department told me that there was an error and it was being sent by the USPS. It was being handed to them by DHL, which are both horrible services. The USPS tracking has stopped showing up two days ago and I have no idea now what is going on with that package. I contacted Stephanie and she told me that I now have to wait seven days before they can investigate that. I wish you could find another service to ship your products that use UPS and FedEx instead. The money was taken out of my checking account for my product right away and I now don't know if I will be receiving it at all. I should be able to get an answer right now for what is going on with that. I don't see why I have to wait another seven days to even have someone check on that. That's not good customer service at all.
