We have been experiencing some disparity in shipping prices charged through the website and the actual rates being charged once orders are packed and weighed. Apparently the postal increase has created some problems with the algorithms the website uses to calculate shipping costs. We are working with our carrier representatives to rectify this issue.
We would like everyone to know that shipping is not a profit item for us. We charge what we are charged by the carriers, plus a small handling fee. If you place an order online and are overcharged for shipping, the difference will be refunded to you.
