We want to continue to thank everyone for the love and support being shown to us through the week last week as we worked to come back after Hurricane Irma.
Last week the shipping department worked through the week packing orders which had been placed prior to the storm. These orders were unable to ship out because we did not have internet or data servers, and because UPS and USPS were not picking up or delivering until late in the week.
While we know the delay is an inconvenience to many, we actually prefer that things worked out this way! Our facility never lost power, while many of our carriers distribution centers were holding packages until damaged centers re-opened and operations were ready to resume. Given the choice of having our members orders sitting in a hot warehouse or an air conditioned building, we hope everyone will agree that keeping packaged orders cool and safe was the preferable option!
This week the shipping and ordering departments will be working to return to normal processing and shipping times. We are unable to check statuses for orders placed before the storm. We hope everyone will understand the strain and delays this would cause, as well as making it impossible to return to normal shipping/processing times. Tracking information will be emailed when orders are ready to ship (UPS and USPS have resumed regular pickup and drop off times in our area).

The clinic will also be working to reschedule appointments from the week prior to Hurricane Irma. We know this is a tremendous inconvenience for many of you and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through circumstances that were beyond anyone’s control. The Clinic staff will be in contact with everyone who had an appointment cancelled to reschedule as soon as possible.
Our phones and internet were restored late Friday, and we look forward to returning to normal. We anticipate higher than usual call volume early this week, and are still working to catch up on email inquiries. But we will be back on track as soon as we are able and appreciate everyone’s love, patience and support while we do!
