Many of you are aware by now that we are experiencing problems with our phone lines cutting in and out. We have have lost our lines intermittently, in addition to a significant problem of not being able to dial OUT of the office to return important calls to our members. This apparently is a problem with Comcast's service to our area. Unfortunately, attempts to reach Comcast have been unsuccessful, as they are experiencing technical difficulties themselves.
We ask for your patience as we continue to try reaching out to Comcast. We hope that this issue is resolved quickly!
In the meantime, we anticipate problems with all incoming and outgoing calls. We are not experiencing problems with our internet service, and hopefully it will continue to function! Please email our staff if you cannot reach anyone by phone. If you have already left a voicemail with one of our staff members, please rest assured someone will contact you by email or phone (if our service is up).
